"This access token is not valid on this endpoint" when previewing or reading a PDF

Issue
I am trying to preview or read a PDF and the following error displays
"This access token is not valid on this endpoint".

Cause
Local storage and cache needs to be cleared in your browser.

Solution
The following shows the steps to clear the local storage and cache in your browser.

Clear the local storage as follows:

1. Press F12 to open the Developer tools.
2. Display Applications (you may need to select this by clicking >>)
3. Click Storage.
4. Click Clear site data.

Then clear the browser cache as follows:

1. In the browser, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
   or
   Click Customize and control Google Chrome (the vertical ellipsis tool in the top right-hand corner).
   Then select More Tools.
   Then select Clear browsing data.
2. In the Time range drop-down, select All time.
3. Checkmark Cookies and other site data.
4. Checkmark Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.

To check:

1. Close the browser
2. Log into FYI
