Why do I get the message "One of more documents failed to convert" when I am converting a document to PDF?

Issue

An FYI warning with the following message appears when converting a Word document to PDF

"One or more documents failed to convert. Files may be corrupted or password protected. Please confirm documents are valid and retry."

Cause

The error may be caused by a third-party application experiencing issues converting the document to PDF.

Solution

Try converting the document again at a later time. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team via an in-app request.
