Why do I get the message "One or more documents failed to convert" when I am converting a document to PDF?
An FYI warning with the following message appears when converting a Word document to PDF:
"One or more documents failed to convert. Files may be corrupted or password-protected. Please confirm documents are valid and retry."
The error may be caused by a third-party application experiencing issues converting the document to PDF.
Try converting the document again at a later time. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team via an in-app request.
