"Error saving Timesheet"


When trying to save time, a user is encountering the following error:

  • Error saving timesheet


The data stored in the browser cache may be corrupted, for example, Google Chrome. If the timesheet can be saved with a different browser the cache will need to be cleared.


You will need to clear the browser cache.

In Chrome:

  1. Log out of FYI.
  2. Do a "hard browser refresh" by pressing Ctrl + F5 on the keyboard.
  3. The page will be refreshed.
  4. Log back into FYI.
  5. Re-try submitting the time.
