"Error getting PDF data, please reload extension" when using the FYI Browser extension
Issue
When trying to use the FYI Browser extension to file PDF documents, the following error is displayed:
- "Error getting PDF data, please reload extension"
Cause
The FYI Browser Extension has not been enabled for access to file URLs.
Solution
- Right-click on the extension icon and click Manage Extension.
- Ensure the option Allow access to file URLs is enabled.
- Refresh the page, and retry filing the PDF file.
