When a user tries to log in to FYI, they get an error message saying "Incorrect username or password"
The likely cause is the user's XPM (WorkflowMax) email address is different from their Office 365 email address.
- The user's email address in XPM must be the same as the Office 365 email address.
- This may require making the change at a Xero “Blue” level if your logins are linked between Xero and XPM.
