What does this session cover?
This training session is designed for new users who are beginning their journey with FYI. We recommend starting your in-house training with this session on your Go Live day or just prior.
In this 90 minute presentation we cover:
- Why FYI (a brief introduction to FYI)
- Navigating FYI for the first time
- Intro to:
- Search and Retrieval
- Document Management
- Email Management
- Additional Resources
The presentation also includes a couple of additional modules, for those interested, these include:
- Intro to Task Management
- Working with PDF Documents
The presentation is in PowerPoint format and is broken-up into several modules (in accordance with the agenda above).
