When opening documents, you get the error "We encountered an error opening your document". Check the following.
Possible Cause 1
You have not set up a OneDrive account. For instructions, refer to Configuring your OneDrive for use with FYI. Make sure to select the correct OneDrive account: Business Account instead of Personal Account.
Possible Cause 2
You have set up OneDrive as a Personal Account instead of a Business Account. Refer to the Microsoft article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/move-files-to-onedrive?view=o365-worldwide.
Note: Within your Microsoft 365 account, you have both a Personal and Business OneDrive. Refer to the Microsoft help.
The documents themselves are intact and securely filed within FYI. If this is an integration issue only and you need to access a document urgently, you can use the Export function to save the document locally. for details and important notes, refer to How can I edit Office documents without using OneDrive?
