FYI holds information on Filing, Tasks, Comments and other Activity related to an email, document or client interaction in The Drawer.
The Drawer can be displayed from within FYI, by clicking on an Email or Document in a list.
Thanks to deep integration with Microsoft 365, you can also access FYI from within your Outlook Inbox and when you create or open a Microsoft Office document using Word, Excel or PowerPoint. This gives you direct access to the filing details for the email or document in FYI.
