The Documents list allows you to search, sort and filter documents across every client in the practice.

By utilising search, sort, and filter functions, you are easily able to locate a document even if it has been misfiled against an incorrect client.
There are various views available from the drop-down list, such as:
- Recent (which is the default view)
- Emails - Draft
- Emails - Received
- Emails - Sent
- Mail Register - By Reference
- Mail Register - Draft
- Mail Register - Received
- Mail Register - Sent
- Workflow - Pend. Signature
The Emails' views and the Mail Register views are useful as a "mail book" so if an email or document goes missing, you can check when it was sent/received.
You can also click the arrow down button next to the Documents' menu option from any of the lists or workspaces to select one of the last 20 documents that you used.
