The Documents Workspace allows you to search, sort and filter documents across every client in the practice.
By utilising search, sort and filter functions, you are easily able to locate a document even if it has been misfiled against an incorrect client.
There are various views available from the drop-down list, such as "Recent Documents", "Sent", "Unsent". The "Sent" view is useful as a "mail book" so if an email or document goes missing, you can check when it was sent/received.
You can also click the down arrow next to the Documents menu option from any of the lists or workspaces to select one of the last 20 documents that you used. Refer to Quick Access to Recently Used Documents.
