You can create a stand-alone task. This is a handy way to set up reminders for yourself or for another team member.

- In FYI, click the + New button and select T from the list of document types.
Or, simply press the shortcut key T for a new Task.
- Enter the details of the Task such as a brief description in the Name. Enter or change any other filing details as required.
Apart from Task Name, Delegator and Due Date, all other fields are optional.
Refer to Using the Task Drawer.
- Click Create.
The assignee is notified about the task and the task displays in Task lists in FYI.
