Booking your Discovery Meeting

Discovery Meeting is the first step in developing an onboarding plan for your practice.

Each practice is entitled to one Discovery Meeting with an FYI Client Success Manager at no cost.

This allows us to learn about your practice and recommend an onboarding strategy to suit your unique requirements

Booking your Discovery Meeting

Your Discovery Meeting can be booked from the FYI website Easy Onboarding page by clicking the Book a Discovery Meeting, or within FYI via the Onboarding wizard.

Note: To access the Onboarding wizard, you must first set up a trial account. Refer to Starting your 30-Day Free Trial

  1. From within FYI, click on the yellow Onboard Now button at the top of the FYI screen to access to the Onboarding Wizard.

  3. Answer the following questions:
    • Where are your documents currently stored?

Use the drop-down menu to advise which document management software currently holds the majority of your documents. If you have more than one system, simply select the primary system (that is, the one holding your client data).

This is an approximation of the data stored in the system(s) you wish to migrate into FYI. Try to confirm your data size as best you can before answering.

    • How much data do you want to migrate?

    • Desired Go Live date

This is the date you would like your document migration to be completed. This simply gives us a time frame to work towards and will be confirmed based on availability.

  4. Click Book Meeting and select a date and time that is convenient for you.
