As part of your Assisted Onboarding Plan, the FYI team will guide you through Pre-Training Preparation and conduct a Go-Live Training webinar for your team.
A standard training plan normally includes the following:
Pre-Training Preparation
We recommend you invite your team to log-in to FYI to familiarise themselves with the main navigation and complete a few basic tasks in FYI prior to your first Go Live Training webinar.
The Getting Started: Key Concepts for New Users Guide provides an introduction to the FYI platform. It covers the following topics:
- How to Login
- Navigating FYI for the First Time
- Creating and Editing Your First Letter
- Filing Your First Email

Go-Live Training Webinar
As part of your Assisted Onboarding Plan, your Client Success Manager will liaise with you to schedule an online training webinar with the FYI team. This normally takes place just prior to your go-live date, and covers the following:
