I am having trouble previewing or reading Office documents, for example, it gets stuck and only loads the Word logo.
This may be caused by a known issue with Office 365 due to the document you are previewing or reading is a large and complex document.
- Scroll the Preview pane up or down.
- Resize the Preview pane.
- Resize your browser window, for example by minimising and minimise from the top right corner of your browser.
The document should then load and preview correctly. If the document still does not display, please contact the FYI Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
