Some clients are reporting their default document view, All, has changed with fewer columns being displayed and missing the Year and Work Type columns.
FYI made a change to the All view for Documents to no longer dynamically include certain columns as it was limiting clients ability to customise this critical default view for their needs.
The end result is that FYI Admins now have the freedom to customise the All document view exactly are your team needs it.
You will need to re-configure the All view in Documents and save this over the top of the existing view.
A couple of important things to note:
- The customisation of the All view should be done from the practice wide context of Documents along the top navigation to avoid including a client filter by mistake.
- In order to update the Allview, ensure the document list is open to the All view first.
- For your users to access the updated default view, they will need to reload their browser page.
