1. Can we please get a function so when you are doing bulk update ibn your intray it can have a button which bulk updates and files at the same time. i.e. 'save & file'
- Agreed, will make this a priority as easy improvement
2. Can I change what the Workflow Status names are?
- Not currently, but we are actively considering extending the list, and allowing practices the ability to select workflow status relevant to your practice.
3. Will you consider email blasts from FYI?
- Yes definitely, they will be possible once we release our Custom Processes. They are currently in Beta testing!
4. Do clients need to have OneDrive access to open documents emailed to them using OneDrive as the send method?
- No. But a message will be displayed prompting the client to request a verification code once he/she clicks on the link to the document
