For practices integrated with Xero Practice Manager, if you need to set an Archived client as "Active" this is done from within Xero Practice Manager.
To set an archived client as active:
- In Xero Practice Manager, display Clients.
- Click on the drop-down menu under All Clients and select Archived.
- Select the archived client you want to make active.
- Click Options button and select Restore.
Once the client has been restored, it will sync automatically with FYI.
If you need the client to be available straight away as an active client in FYI, you can run a manual sync to FYI. Refer to Running a Manual Sync with Xero Practice Manager and Additional Notes on Syncing.
