FYI is fully integrated with Xero Practice Manager, therefore if you need to set an Archived client as Active" this is done from within XPM.
To set an archived client as active:
- In XPM, display Clients.
- Click on the drop-down menu under All Clients and select Archived.
- Select the archived client you want to make active.
- Click Options button and select Restore.
Once the client has been restored, it will sync automatically with FYI. If you need the client to be available straight away as an active client in FYI, an FYI administrator can run a manual sync to FYI. Refer to Synchronising Clients, Staff, Jobs, Time, Tax Returns with Xero Practice Manager.
