The FYI Client Success team is here to help ensure a successful roll-out of FYI across your practice.
The onboarding process incorporates three main components:
- Migration of your data into FYI
- Set up of FYI for your practice
- Training your team
The best approach to implementing FYI in your practice will depend on the size and complexity of your historical data, number of users and amount of training required.
In certain instances, practices can self-implement FYI using our do-it-yourself Migration tools and resources to guide your set-up and in-house training.
Alternatively, the FYI Client Success team can provide an Assisted Onboarding plan including the migration of your data, initial set up of FYI and training as required. This plan and associated costs must be reviewed and approved by your practice before we proceed.
The Getting Started: Onboarding Guide outlines key items to discuss with FYI’s Client Success Team in developing the ideal plan for your practice.

FYI’s 30-Day Free Trial allows your core team to familiarise themselves with FYI’s full feature set and participate (as required) in initial set-up and training.

When you are ready to start the Onboarding process, click on the yellow Onboard Now button at the top of the FYI screen.
This gives you access to the Onboarding Workspace where you can start setting up FYI for your practice. Complete each step shown to schedule a Discovery meeting with your Client Success Team, configure FYI for your practice, and access training material. In the near future, you will also be guided through the migration of your historical documents into FYI.

A Discovery meeting is the first step in developing an onboarding plan for your practice. Each practice is entitled to one Discovery meeting with FYI’s Client Success Team at no cost. This allows us to learn about your practice and recommend an onboarding strategy to suit your unique requirements.
