The FYI Client Success team is here to help ensure a successful roll-out of FYI across your practice.
The onboarding process incorporates four phases:
- Configuration and set up of FYI for your practice
- Migration of your data into FYI
- Training your team
The best approach to implementing FYI in your practice will depend on the size and complexity of your historical data, number of users and amount of training required.
- In certain instances, practices can self-implement FYI with DIY Onboarding using our do-it-yourself Migration tools and resources to guide your set-up and in-house training.
- Alternatively, the FYI Client Success team can provide an Assisted Onboarding plan including the migration of your data, initial set up of FYI and training as required. This plan and associated costs must be reviewed and approved by your practice before we proceed.

A Discovery meeting is the first step in developing an onboarding plan for your practice. Each practice is entitled to one Discovery meeting with FYI’s Client Success Team at no cost. This allows us to learn about your practice and recommend an onboarding strategy to suit your unique requirements.
