When trying to open an email or a document in FYI, it does not open. Then when trying to Preview it, it displays the error 'Could not find the document'.
It is possible you have two Microsoft accounts: one for work and one for personal.
- Check if you are logging in with your personal account in Microsoft Office 365.
If this is the case, log out and log in with your work account.
- If you wish to use your personal account for other reasons, you can set up a separate browser profile. Refer to How to Login to Multiple FYI Accounts.
