When a user tries to save an attachment from an email, they get an error message "Error "We encountered an error calling Foundry".
Follow these steps:
- Logout of the FYI web app by clicking Settings in the top right-hand corner of FYI and select Logout.
- Log back in again to the FYI web app from https://app.fyidocs.com
- Retry to save the attachments from the email
