Next to the menu options for Clients, Documents, Jobs, Tasks and Automation there is a down arrow. This gives access to the 10 last used Views in that option, and to the 5 last used Clients, Jobs, Tasks or Documents, as relevant.
From the Quick Access drop-down, click a View or a Client, Job, Task or Document to display it.
Quick Access to Recently Used Documents and Views
Click the down arrow next to the Documents menu option from any list or workspace to select one of the last 10 Document Views you have displayed, or one of the last 5 Documents you have used.
From the Quick Access, click a Document View or a Document to display it.
Quick Access to Recently Used Clients and Views
Click the down arrow next to the Clients menu option from any list or workspace to select one of the last 10 Client Views you have displayed, or one of the last 5 Clients you have used.
From the Quick Access, click a Client View or a Client to display it.
Quick Access to Recently Used Jobs And Views
Click the down arrow next to the Jobs menu option from any list or workspace to select one of the last 10 Job Views you have displayed, or one of the last 5 Jobs you have used.
From the Quick Access, click a Job View or a Job to display it.
Quick Access to Recently Used Tasks and Views
Click the down arrow next to the Tasks menu option from any list or workspace to select one of the last 10 Tasks Views you have displayed, or one of the last 5 Tasks you have used.
From the Quick Access, click a Task View or a Task to display it.
Quick Access to Automation List Views
Click the down arrow next to the Automation menu option from any list or workspace to for quick access to a standard or saved List view in Automation Processes. From the drop-down you can also select Apps to display the Automation - Apps tab, or, if you have access to this, you can select Process History.
