When sending a document for signing with DocuSign, an error displays in the drawer "Error posting envelope to DocuSign. One or both of Username and Password are invalid. Invalid access token"
This may be caused by an issue with your DocuSign credentials.
- Disconnect and reconnect your DocuSign app in FYI.
This is done from Automation - Apps. Refer to Integration with DocuSign. This can only be done by an FYI administrator or a user who belongs to a User Group that has Permissions enabled for Automations (refer to Managing User Groups).
- Then log out of FYI and logged in again.
