A newly saved template is not available. This could be either when creating an email, or for a step in an Automation process.
There are two possible causes:
- Your browser has not loaded the new content from the web server.
Internet browsers does not always load new content from the web server, unless otherwise needed.
- The template is not published and has the template state still set as "Draft"
Reload/refresh your browser by pressing the F5 key or CTRL + F5 keys on your keyboard. Check if the new template is brought into your browser on the current page.
If the template does not display, check if it is is still Draft and set it to Published. Refer to Creating Email Templates and Signatures (or for Legacy Templates refer to Legacy Creating Email Templates and including Merge Fields).
