For details of when FYI’s automatic synchronisation with Xero Practice Manager runs, refer to Synchronising Clients, Staff, Jobs, Time, Tax Returns with Xero Practice Manager.
If the synchronisation of clients, jobs and user ever needs to be run at any other times (for example, a new client has been added to or a new job is created/updated in Xero Practice Manager and needs to be available in FYI straight away), an FYI administrator can manually sync this from the Automation menu option, Processes tab, Xero Practice Manager process.
Note: There is also a Sync button on the Clients and Jobs Lists which any user can use at any time to manually synchronise only the clients or only the jobs. Refer to Sync in Clients List and Using the Jobs List.
