How often are clients, jobs and staff synchronised from Xero Practice Manager?

For details of when FYI’s automatic synchronisation with Xero Practice Manager runs, refer to Synchronising Clients, Staff, Jobs, Time, Tax Returns with Xero Practice Manager.

If the synchronisation of clients, jobs, user and tax returns ever needs to be run at any other times (for example, a new client has been added to or a new job is created/updated in Xero Practice Manager and needs to be available in FYI straight away), an FYI Admin can manually sync this from the Automation menu option, Apps tab using the Xero Practice Manager app.

Note: There is also a Sync function on the Clients and Jobs Lists which any user can use at any time to manually synchronise only the clients or only the jobs.
