When using an Email Signature, why does the image for our logo not download and display when I open the email in Outlook?
We have an Email Signature that includes an image for our logo. When I send the email to Draft in Outlook, the image does not show. It displays as the following "no image" icon.
I do see the image when I open the email in Outlook online.
This is due to the settings in your Outlook.
Change the download pictures setting in your Outlook:
- In your Outlook, click the File menu.
- Click Options.
- Click Trust Center.
- In Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click the Trust Center Settings button.
- In Automatic Download
- Remove the checkmark for the option Don't download pictures automatically in standard HTML email messages.
