For practices integrated with Xero Practice Manager, when I change the Job State in the Update Job drawer FYI, I am getting an error "Error exporting job state ... Invalid state code"
The Job State has been deleted or its name has been changed in Xero Practice Manager and the change has not yet synced to FYI.
- Run a manual sync of Jobs to update the change to FYI. This can be done by any user with the Sync button on the Jobs list. Refer to All Users - Running a Clients or Jobs Sync from the Clients or Jobs List in Running a Manual Sync with Xero Practice Manager and Additional Notes on Syncing.
- Then change the Job State of the job in FYI.
