We have integrated FYI with GreatSoft. When clicking the Sync button on the Client or Job list, the following message displays:
''Failed to queue update. Please try again later"
The Sync function within the Clients or Jobs list does not currently work when you are integrated with GreatSoft.
An FYI administrator can request an immediate Client or Job sync as follows:
- An FYI administrator displays Automations- Apps.
- Click the cog icon to open the GreatSoft app.
- Click Request Sync.
