When documents are received from an App integration, how can we receive a notification about what has been received?
When documents are pulled in from an App integration (such as AccountKit, ATOmate, FuseDocs) how can we receive a notification about what has been received?
Can we add an internal name as a CC or BCC so we are notified when the document arrives?
Answer It is not recommended to add an additional user when sending the email to the client (such as adding the internal user as a CC or BCC when sending the email to the client) as this will cause the documents that are autofiled be duplicated in FYI.
Set up an Automation Process to send a Summary Notification about documents that have been received. This needs to be set up with a documents view that is filtered on the documents to show those you want to be notified about. Use the Source column to filter documents on the relevant App integration(s) the documents are received from.
The Process Summary Notification will then give you a precise summary every day of all documents received from the relevant App integration(s).
