We are using ATOMate to send out tax related documents to the client but we are getting the documents duplicated in FYI.
ATOMate adds the internal user as a BCC in the email to the client and when FYI pulls in the document from ATOMate via the App integration, the email and the attachment are being autofiled against the client. This causes the documents to be duplicated in FYI.
You can add the sender's email address to the Exclusions list in Email AutoFile (refer to Email AutoFile - Exclusions in Email AutoFile Settings, Exclusions and Practice Filing Defaults).
Emails from the sender will then be excluded from autofile in FYI. Users can still manually file the emails to FYI from Outlook if required
Alternatively, if you are only want the email and attachment to be filed, you can turn off the ATOMate integration by clicking Disconnect in the ATOMate App (refer to Integration with ATOMate - Business Automation Works ). No documents will be filed from ATOMate but the documents for the client and email address will still be autofiled in FYI ( depending on your user settings).
