The Client - Activity tab displays changes that have been made to the client.
This includes:
- Name added to the Other field
- Changes to the phone number
- Postal Address added
- Changes to Postal Address line 1
- Changes to Client Custom Fields
- If relevant, changes made to the Client Custom Fields in FYI
