For practices integrated with Xero Practice Manager, I updated the State in a Job in FYI and shortly after, it was updated back to its original State in Xero Practice Manager.
Updates to Jobs in FYI using Bulk Update are queued and can take up to 15 minutes to sync.
Shortly after the Job State was updated in FYI, a manual Job Sync was run by a user which caused the Job State to revert back to the State still held in Xero Practice Manager.
To avoid the likelihood of this happening in the short term, please discourage users from using the Sync button for Jobs. Users can continue to work the same way by making changes in FYI and these will sync to Xero Practice Manager automatically.
