Issue
I am trying to file a document in FYI using the FYI Browser Extension and the following message is displayed:
"Extension does not work for local PDFs"
Cause
The PDF document is a local copy and it not in the cloud. Refer to Filing PDF Documents using the FYI Browser Extension.
Solution
To file a document on your local drive in FYI, you can use a function such as Drag and Drop, Upload, import via your FYI - My Imports.
