FYI now integrates with Microsoft Teams, a chat and collaboration platform for Microsoft 365 users.
What does this mean for FYI users?
You can receive notifications in Teams when you are assigned a task, a task you delegated has been completed or you are "mentioned" in a comment.
This is an alternative notification method to emails, and users can choose which notification method works best for them.

This integration is available to practices on the Pro plan.

An FYI Admin will first need to:
- Download the FYI Integration Files.
- Add the FYI App to Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Microsoft Teams.
